1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all container sales are final. Once a container has been delivered or picked up, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Containers
We inspect all containers before delivery to ensure they meet the expected condition (new or used) and are wind- and watertight unless otherwise stated. However, if you receive a container that is:
Significantly damaged during transport
Not the size or specification agreed upon at the time of sale
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a correction or resolution.
3. Custom Modifications
Custom-modified containers are non-refundable once production begins. Any change requests must be made before fabrication starts.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the container has not yet been dispatched or modified. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
5. Delivery Refusals
If a container is refused at the time of delivery for reasons not related to damage or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for:
Return transportation fees
Restocking fee (if applicable)
